Douglas R. Craft is a second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
Douglas also played over 10 years of professional football. He played 2 years with the NFL Seattle Seahawks and 8 years with the CFL Baltimore Stallions. He joined the Stallions in 1995, the only American team ever to win the Grey Cup (equivalent to the Super Bowl).
Douglas understands and knows the meaning of hard work, dedication and teamwork.
Douglas Craft is the President of Crystal Clear Maintenance, Inc. that was founded in 2000.
Over the years he has gained valuable experience and knowledge, putting him at the top of the industry in customer service and satisfaction.
Whether it’s your building maintenance, landscaping, tree service, construction, or your daily janitorial needs, he can handle them all.

Hunter moved to Albuquerque from Los Angeles, CA in 1983 to attend UNM on a basketball scholarship. Hunter graduated 1988 as the all time leading scorer for the UNM Lobo Basketball team. After graduation and a short stint with the LA Lakers, he played professionally overseas in France and Belgium; finally returning to Albuquerque in 1989 to work at Digital Equipment Corporation.
Hunter began his Commercial Real Estate career in 1984 with CRBE moving to SVN as a Senior Advisor in 2013. He remained actively involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years.
He has used his wealth of experience and market knowledge to enhance his client’s investments as well as his own personal investment portfolio. He has facilitated and participated in some of New Mexico’s largest commercial real estate transactions. His personal portfolio is shown below. In addition, he has both minority and principal interests in multiple commercial investments.

Nicole served as the Division Manager for JOC. She joined HAS in 2019 as Senior Project Manager for Sustainability. Before HAS, she attained 16 years of construction management and planning related experience in various construction type of work.
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning and Development from The University of Michigan and a Master of Science degree in Project Management from Northwestern University School of Engineering.
She’s obtained certification with the US Army Core of Engineers in Construction Quality Management and is also OSHA certified.
Nicole is a 2021 Airport Business Top 40 Under 40 honoree
